How do I determine what size of frame to order?
Please use this guide as a reference:

*5x7 items also work great in a 10x13 frame if preferred.
**If your item is larger than 8x10 please let us know and we will work with you on a special order.
***Tri-fold invitations are framed in a 10 x 13 frame.  Only two portions of the invitation will be
framed, the front and the portion containing the wedding details.  If possible, we will try to include
the remainder of the invitation and any other print into the design of your framed keepsake.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 3-4 weeks depending on when we receive your invitation from you.   Let us know if
you are needing it sooner and we will work with you to get it there on the required date.  Additional
shipping fees may apply if Express Mail is needed.  You will be notified by e-mail when your item is
shipped.

How much will my keepsake cost?
8 x 10 = $55.00
10 x 13 = $65.00
Special orders will receive a price quote

What payment options are available?
Check or Money order, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover (through PayPal).
PayPal is a free service and allows you to send funds easily and securely.
If paying by check, all checks must be cleared before any work on your keepsake is started.

Are you able to do special orders?
We sure can!  Please use the Contact page to let us know the dimensions and a description of
the item.  We will then work directly with you so that you get exactly what you want.  We will give
you a price quote prior to filling out the order form.  After clicking the "Pay Now" button for Special
Orders, you will be prompted to enter the price that was given to you with your quote.

Do you provide assistance with design choices and colors?
Yes.  If at any point you need assistance please do not hesitate to contact us for advice.  If you're
not sure what would look best you also have the option of leaving it up to us.  We will verify the
design and colors with you before the final product is made.

Can I send my gift directly to the recipient?
Yes.  Let us know at the time you place your order if you wish to send it directly to someone else.  
We will send you a picture via e-mail so that you are able to see what your gift looks like before
they receive it.  You may send us a greeting card that we will attach to your order before it is
shipped out.

Do you provide gift wrap?
Yes.  It's FREE. Just let us know on the order form.

What is the cost of shipping and handling?
The cost of shipping and handling is $15.50 within the Continental U.S.  Please e-mail us if you
live outside of this area and you will be provided with the applicable rates.  Cost of shipping
includes package insurance through Priority Mail.  Special orders may require additional shipping
costs depending on the size of the item.

Does my keepsake require any special care?
Your keepsake will need to be kept out of direct sunlight and other strong lights to prevent fading
of the flowers. To clean your keepsake, all you need is a cloth and regular glass cleaner.

What is your return policy?
Since all keepsakes are custom made, we are unable to accept any returns.  In the unexpected
event that your keepsake is damaged upon delivery please notify us immediately and we will give
you further instructions of how to file a claim.
